These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the NowCheckin platform. This is a draft and will be finalized before public launch.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using NowCheckin you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
Do not post unlawful, misleading or abusive content, attempt to disrupt the service, or misuse check-in functionality.
4. Reviews & check-ins
Reviews must reflect genuine experience. Check-in is limited to once per day per merchant. We may remove content or verification that violates these rules.
5. Intellectual property
NowCheckin and its content are protected by applicable IP laws. You retain rights to content you submit but grant us a license to display it within the platform.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, NowCheckin is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Termination, governing law & contact
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. For questions, contact support@nowcheckin.io.
